Yellowtail Sushi Opens It's Doors In Vegas

It seems like there's a new restaurant opening every weekend in Vegas, but you have us to separate the best from the rest.

Bellagio Hotel and the Light group just had a star studded red carpet opening for Yellowtail Sushi Restaurant & Bar this past weekend, and we hear the sushi was amazing!

Stars like Paris and Nicky Hilton, Charlie Sheen and his wife, Leo DiCaprio, Eva Longoria, Shar Jackson and Wilmer Valderrama all made a cameo at the restaurants grand opening.

Up-and-coming celebrity chef Akira Back treated his celebrity guests to tai snappers, kobe beef tataki (Paris' favorite), king crab tempura, rock shrimp, big-eye tuna pizza, and spicy tuna strawberry rolls.
