XIV Restaurant Ready To Spice Up LA

Hollywood came out in style to celebrate SBE’s newest restaurant, XIV, in West Hollywood. The soiree was attended by stars Toni Braxton, Jared Leto, Kim Kardashian, Michelle Trachtenberg, Jason Statham, Lance Bass, Audrina Patridge and more, who all showed up to fete owners Sam Nazarian and Brent Bolthouse as well as chef Michael Mina and restaurant designer Philippe Starck.

The event was such an extravaganza that mega-diva Cher stopped by to get a sampling of XIV’s gourmet fare.

Inside the A-list affair, Mina, Stark and Nazarian all took turns lavishing one another with praise during a pre-dinner toast, each giving the other complete credit for the restaurant.

“This is the most beautiful restaurant I have ever seen in my life,” Mina said.

On the red carpet, Nazarian told Hollyscoop that his mission with XIV was to make LA the complete place to be. “I’ve lived here my whole life and traveled the whole world,” Nazarian said. “My goal when I started this company five years ago was to make LA not just the home of the stars but the home of celebrated chefs and celebrated dining.”
