Singer Ne-Yo missed his own Grammy pre party this past weekend when the Hollywood Fire Marshall shut it down before he got there.
After a number of fights broke out outside the popular Hollywood nightclub, The Kress, where Ne-Yo was suppose to be celebrating his Grammy nominations, Fire Marshall’s refused to let anyone in or out of the venue.
Ne-Yo tells Hollyscoop exclusively, after being denied entry to the event in his honor, "[There is] too many people. The Fire Marshall had to shut it down. It happens sometimes."
He was then whisked away to his car and driven off to avoid the madness on the streets. Just another day in Hollyweird!

On Saturday night, Mathew Perry threw his best friend Mark Holder, a Hollywood talent manager, an unforgettable birthday at The Kress. Our invitation must have gotten lost in the mail.
After dinner, the party moved up to the rooftop lounge where partygoers had bottle service at the lounge’s exclusive rooftop cabanas, while taking in the gorgeous view of LA.
Matthew seemed to be VERY close to True Blood star Lizzy Caplan- the two didn’t leave each other’s side ALL night! We smell a new Hollywood hookup.

Brittany Snow was at Think PR’s 3rd Annual Pre-Sundance Gifting Lounge. She was ecstatic about her new movie, “The Vicious Kind” and jumped up and down when she received a cashmere scarf, knit cape and velvet dress by Yansi Fugel – Brittany said, “this is perfect! I need warm clothes for Sundance so bad and I love this cape by Yansi Fugel. It’s so me!”
Music Legend Stevie Wonder and the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture hosted "A Dream Fulfilled," which was an Inaugural bash honoring President Barack Obama and the future of change.
Ryan Cabrera spotted at the L-R-G Gifting Villa where he picked up a black L-R-G jacket and Creative Recreation sneakers. He couldn’t resist the L-R-G mannequin in the suite as he carried it around the room with him and took silly photos with it!
