Moby's New York Restaurant Burns Down

Moby's vegan restaurant Teany in New York was been burnt down by a fire on Thursday evening.

Moby, who co-owns the restaurant with his former girlfriend Kelly Tisdale, is upset about the fire, but is glad no one was hurt.

Speaking about the incident he said, "Yesterday there was a fire (no one was hurt, as far as I know) and Teany was destroyed... I'm really glad no one was hurt."

"Apparently Kelly is working hard to repair it and get it re-opened." He adds. "So there's a good chance that Teany will re-open at some point in the next month or two."

The restaurant, that's located on Rivington Street, in Manhattan's Lower East Side, caught fire because of an electrical fuse. It's a good thing no one was at the restaurant during the fire!
