When Vienna Girardi's 15 minutes of fame are up, she should think about going into nightlife promotions.

This past weekend, The Bachelor star hit Sin City where she hosted two parties…and she calls Jake a “famewhore?”

Vienna hosted the Hpnotiqs Single and Fabulous parties during the day and Tao Beach and LAVO on Saturday.

Eyewitnesses at the party tell Hollyscoop, “any chance Vienna would get, she would get on the mic and try to get attention from the crowd.”

Party-goers were especially stunned when Vienna “walked into the restaurant [Lavo] for dinner and stopped at the hostess stand, where they have all of the upcoming invites for events printed, and on the stand for guests including that nights Vienna event... she grabbed a huge stack of them and made all of her friends do the same... she then proceeded to walk around the lounge and hand them out to anyone who would pay attention to her... "come to my party tonight, yes that's me on the invite, yes I was on the bachelor." Classy...real Classy!

Meanwhile her ex Jake Pavelka was hanging out on the beach and spent his weekend with a nice long run!

Rumer Willis can finally party in Las Vegas! The actress turned 21 and made a stop at Las Vegas hot spot TAO for all the festivities.

Rumer and her entourage which included her mother Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher, father Bruce Willis, Emma Heming, and younger sisters Tallulah and Scout. Rumer arrived with boyfriend Micah Alberti looking glamorous in a vintage dress and Fendi shoes and sparkling in vintage jewels.

Rumer was also joined by her co-stars in her upcoming film, Sorority Row, including Audrina Patridge and her boyfriend Corey Bohan, Briana Evigan, Margo Harshman and Jamie Chung.

After a dinner filled with TAO favorites including the Chilean Sea Bass, Tofu Lettuce Wraps, and Crispy Rice, the official birthday began when the clock struck midnight. The party toasted with Patron Platinum and a special cake was brought out made to replicate her favorite berry cake from a bakery in LA. After the candles were blown out, Bruce and Demi hugged, sharing in their daughter’s excitement.

Rumer’s entire party, minus the not yet 21 Tallulah and Scout, headed upstairs to TAO nightclub to continue the celebration. Rumer was pulled up on to the catwalk and surprised with a second cake delivered by showgirls while a classic Vegas Elvis impersonator sang happy birthday. Later, a Madonna impersonator brought over a bottle of Cristal as Rumer and the Queen of Pop share the same birthday.

Rumer and her Sorority Row cast mates partied at TAO until the wee hours of the morning, with Rumer saying she felt so lucky to be celebrating her birthday at TAO surrounded by her family and friends.

Around 4 am, rapper Nelly joined the party as he jumped on the microphone and entertained the club crowd until nearly 5 am. Earlier in the day Audrina Patridge and boyfriend Corey Bohan were spotted soaking up the rays at Tao Beach. Other stars spotted at Tao Beach included Kourtney Kardashian’s baby daddy Scott Disick who was spotted drinking margaritas.

The BET Awards took over Hollywood this past weekend. Although the city was in mourning over Michael Jackson's death, in true Hollywood style, the show must go on. Most parties were turned into celebrations of Michael's life and career.

At MyHouse in Los Angeles, P. Diddy hosted the Last Train to Paris launch party presented by CÎROC. Diddy took over the mic and started singing to Michael Jackson’s music that the DJ was spinning. A few tables away Jessica Alba was spotted singing along to the tunes.

At the Steve Rifkind and SRC Late Night After party honoring Stephen Hill, L'il Kim, Ciara and Soulja Boy kept the MJ celebrations going, proving that his legacy will live on.

What’s the Gossip? Here it goes, Gossip Girl hottie Ed Westwick celebrated his 22nd Birthday at Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge in NYC this past weekend.Ed was spotted being close and cuddly with his girlfriend Jessica Szorhr. The actress flew in to NYC to surprise him on his special day. Blake Lively also attended along with Ed’s friends, who sang happy birthday. Ed thanked everyone for coming and kissed Jessica. How cute!

Another hot party in NYC was the Nylon magazine bash, which brought in Ali Lohan and Josh Madden. The stars celebrated the magazine's partnership with NIKE Sportswear, at the NIKE store in NYC.

Rehab: it's for quitters when it comes to one Las Vegas pool club. Actor Taye Diggs was spotted partying at the world-famous pool party with pals. Someone who knows a thing or two about Rehab, Lindsay Lohan was spotted dinning at N9NE Steakhouse. LL was accompanied by DCMA clothing line partner, Tal Cooperman. Lohan was spotted sipping a cocktail, isn’t she supposed to be sober?

Lindsay was in town to host her 23-birthday party at WET Republic. During interviews on the blue carpet, Lohan commented on the recent tragic losses of Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett. She stated, “I think we’re all just in mourning and we should just all respect the privacy of the family.”

A lot of celebrities flocked to the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas to participate in a celebrity filled ping-pong tournament. On Saturday Antonio Sabato Jr. and Jessica Lowndes hit TAO Beach where they mingled in corner daybeds near the pool, sipped mojitos and enjoyed the sounds of DJ Skratchy.

A drama free Holly Madison celebrated her first week on the job as one of the leads in PEEPSHOW with a Midnight bash at Prive Las Vegas. But the Playboy centerfold didn't party very long. Madison cut her celebration short at 2 a.m. so that she could catch a 7 a.m. flight to Los Angeles to make it to best friend Kendra Wilkinson's wedding.

It’s tough to keep up with the Kardashians, since these girls are everywhere. Khloe Kardashian celebrated her 25th Birthday at PURE nightclub in Las Vegas. Khloe was joined by sisters Kim Kardashian, Kourtney, mother Kris, Reggie Bush, Robin Antin, Brittany Gastineau and Jonathan Cheban, who all came out to celebrate her birthday.

After settling into the VIP area at PURE, sister Kim Kardashian took over the microphone announcing that it was her little sister's birthday and requested that crowd join her in counting down until midnight. Khloe and Kim danced as the DJ played 50 Cent's "In the Club." Friends and family then joined the Pussycat Dolls in singing happy birthday as Khloe was presented with cake decorated in pink and black. After blowing out her candles, the birthday girl danced with friends and sipped Veuve Cliquot champagne out of a bedazzled glass that a pure clubgoer had specially made for her.

Speaking of Champagne. the VIP room at Blush Boutique Nightclub inside Wynn Las Vegas was packed as Wayne Brady, Shar Jackson and a large group of friends took over the VIP room and started popping bottles of champagne until the wee hours of the morning.

Las Vegas went country this weekend as the city hosted the 44th Annual ACM awards. Some of the biggest names in Hollywood joined in on the festivities.

Actor Matthew McConaughey and his sexy Brazilian girlfriend Camille Alves left their newborn at home and had a date night at TAO Restaurant. The couple, who attended the ACM awards hit TAO where they dined with Victoria's Secret angel Marisa Miller and her hubby.

Across their table sat Academy award winner Jamie Foxx, who dined with family and friends. Jamie was accompanied by his 15-year-old daughter. Rumer Willis, Audrina Patridge, David Spade and Country goddess Taylor Swift were also spotted at the exclusive hotspot.

Some of country music’s biggest names gathered at The Bank Nightclub at Bellagio for a rockin’ birthday bash for hot young country act Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott.

The group partied with their country star pals including Kenny Chesney,Kellie Pickler, Gary LeVox, John Rich, Luke Bryan, Jamey Johnson, Emily West, Holly Williams, and Matt Stillwell among others.

According to a Hollyscoop source, Hillary joined Kelly Pickler and Emily West as the country hotties “partied like rock stars dancing wildly on top of the banquettes.” Additional sightings at The Bank included Disney star Brenda Song and sexy bachelor Bradley Cooper.

One man that knows how to party like a rock star is Hugh Hefner, who was in town celebrating his 83rd birthday at the Palms Casino Resort. During the day Hef reunited with former girlfriends Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridget Marquardt for an afternoon pool party thrown by Holly at the Palms Place Pool. Hef’s current girlfriends Crystal Harris, Karissa Shannon and Kristina Shannon also joined in on the fun. Holly, Bridget and Kendra surprised Hef with a custom birthday cake, which was provided by Kerry Simon of Simon at Palms Place.

After the sun set, Hugh partied at the Playboy Club where Palms owner George Maloof had everyone in the club sing Happy Birthday to Hef. Hef later went up to Moon Nightclub where Bridget sang a Marilyn Monroe style Happy Birthday to him.

While some celebs partied, others took on their roles as guest DJ. Good Charlotte front man Joel Madden took over the turntables of Prive Las Vegas on Friday. The soon-to-be father of two played a mix of hit songs and some older hip-hop hits while drinking sugar-free Red Bull. Joel was sans his baby mamma Nicole Richie.

Speaking about ditching your partner for a night out, LeAnn Rimes may be in the middle of some heavy controversy, but that didn't stop her from having fun. The singer was spotted partying with girlfriends at club Tryst inside the Wynn hotel. Wonder if we will be seeing her more on the party circuit?

Speaking of partying with girlfriends, rocker Avril Lavigne hit TAO beach with some girlfriends in the afternoon for a cabana and a few grey goose cocktails. Other celebrity sightings at Tao beach include Justin Long, Bradley Cooper, Rachel McAdams and Josh Lucas. A Hollyscoop source reveals that Rachel and Josh spotted canoodling and dancing inside the cabana. Looks like these two are definitely on!

One star that seemed "Lost" was actor Mathew Fox, who was spotted gambling with friends in the Hard Rock Hotel's party pit for the second night in a row.
