Nina hit Las Vegas to celebrate her 21st birthday at the legendary Studio 54. Nina initiated her first trip to Sin City with a walk on the red carpet in a navy blue and black bandage dress from French Connection, showcasing her phenomenal long legs and hot body.
Joining in on the festivities were The Vampire Diaries co-stars Kayla Ewell, Zach Roerig, Sara Canning, Katerina Graham, Candice Accola and Steven R. McQueen.
The entire ensemble walked the red carpet with the exception of Nina’s two leading men, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder. The hotties snuck into the event, donning hats and avoiding the flashing cameras.
The boys joined the group inside for twenty minutes before heading to the blackjack tables on the casino floor with series newcomer Matt Davis.
On the carpet, Nina shared what an amazing year it has been with the outpouring excitement for The Vampire Diaries debut season. “It’s been a crazy ride this past year. I remember a year ago on the 9th of January, my birthday, and I was 20 in Venice Beach surfing, and this year I’m on this great show; I have all these great friends; and I’m in Vegas! It’s insane to think of what a journey it’s been in one year. I’m really lucky!”
With the show’s highly anticipated return from hiatus this week, the actress shared some details on what’s to come for her character, Elena. “The end of this next episode is going to be extremely shocking, and it’s going to take everyone by surprise,” she said.
Other stars spotted at the club included Matt Lanter, Sara Paxton, Nico Tortorella and Benjamin Hollingsworth.
Inside, the group was the life of the party, even leaving their exclusive VIP area to dance on the main dance floor downstairs. The highlight of the evening was when Nina was surprised with a gorgeous three-tier birthday cake. Her friends completely surrounded her and sang “Happy Birthday” as the young beauty stood in amazement with tears in her eyes. After offering kisses on the cheek to all of her nearest and dearest, she looked back at her candles and pondered what to wish for.
Friend and cast member Sara Canning jokingly suggested she wish for a boyfriend, and on that note, Nina immediately blew out all of the candles, causing the entourage to erupt in cheers. The group danced into the early hours of the evening, with Nina thanking the entire staff, saying it was the best birthday she could have ever had.

Sin City made some Hollywood buzz this past weekend as the stars came out for their hosting duties. At club PURE Kevin Federline took a little break from all his divorce settlement drama as he took over the VIP section. We are pretty sure he got a good pay to leave the kids at home in Cali and head out to Las Vegas.
The only star Kevin was able to bring out isn’t necessarily a star, it’s his baby mama Shar Jackson. Knowing Shar, she must have been chatting about Britney Spears and Kevin to the media, since that’s what she does best.
Over at Bellagio, it was model heaven as Michelle Buswell, Sara McNeilly and Tiiu Kuik took over for a double birthday celebration at “The Bank” nightclub. To be honest, we have no idea who these girls are but we’ll give them some credit for being hot.
Ex film star turned…well not sure what she’s turned into, but Tara Reid was also in Las Vegas. Tara hosted “A Sexy Soiree” at Studio 54 inside MGM Grand Hotel Casino. Tara is looking pretty clean and healthy since her days getting humped by Akon.
