Pete Wentz Opens Angels+Kings in Chicago

Ashlee Simpson showed off her growing bump at the launch of her hubby Pete Wentz's new bar Angels+Kings in Chicago, Illinois this past Tuesday.

During the opening, Ashlee surprised Pete to an "embarrassing" slide-show of pictures from his youth.

Pete was overheard telling Ashlee, "I thought you said you wouldn't do anything embarrassing!" She replied, "I know, I'm sorry Peter," before starting the presentation.

The show ended with a video clip of Ashlee saying, "I love you, Peter," as she blew a kiss into the camera. Cheese ball!

Oh ya, It was also Pete's 29th birthday. He was presented with a giant cake in the shape of a bulldog. Hmmm...embarrassing slide show or doggy cake, which one would you rather have?
