Just in time for the hustling and bustling New York Fashion Week, famed Nobu and Studio 54 restauranteur Richie Notar's will debut his latest venture this February 7.
It's a prime time for what's sure to be a trendy commodity on the food and dining scene because believe it or not, the fashion industry does eat.
Not much else is known about the anticipated establishment—Notar is still putting the final touches on the eatery located at East 56th Street and Park Avenue.
A new development that is know however is the name. Notar has coined the restaurant with Harlow, which is the same name as his newborn daughter who recently celebrated her first birthday.
Obviously a lot of love has been put into this business model!
Serving as it's co-owner and New York-based managing partner of Nobu, Notar has jetsetted around the world over the years, overseeing 19 openings of the fine dining chain. Anyway, he has a breadth of experience in the hospitality industry and surely will capitalize on his connections with notable New York publications to garner further press as the opening of his solo project nears.
Needless to say, it won't be the last time we hear about Harlow.
