Oh dear god please don’t let thin mints be bad for me…

Those little girls outside of the supermarket might look cute and innocent, selling their cookies for reasonable prices. But beware, you might be blasting these little sash-wearing devils when you’re carrying around a ten pound Tagalong gut.

We all have our favorite Girl Scout Cookie, and each year, it comes as a sweet surprise when they start resurfacing. But if you’re desperately trying to keep your New Year’s resolution in tact, you might want to avoid a few of them and opt for the healthier Girl Scout cookies. So what are they? Calm down, tubby, we’re about to tell you. Without further adieu, here are the three healthiest and the three not-so-healthiest Girl Scout Cookies.

 The Healthiest Girl Scout Cookies:

Shortbread cookies aren’t terrible. Four of them are only 120 calories and 4.5 grams of fat. Savannah Smiles, a new variety of Girl Scout Cookie, is only 140 calories for five cookies. Last year, the Girl Scouts introduced the Shout Outs!, a Belgian-style caramelized cookie.  Four cookies have 130 calories and five grams of fat.

The Unhealthiest Girl Scout Cookies:

Lemonades. Does anyone actually eat these, anyway? Just two cookies have 150 calories and seven grams of fat. Thanks-A-Lot cookies are also pretty bad for you. So maybe their name is sarcastic. As in “Thanks-A-Lot” for the diabetes. No surprise here, the Peanut Butter Sandwich cookie isn’t that good for you. Three of them are 160 calories and six grams of fat.
