Gossip Boy Penn Badgley Celebrates Birthday With Hot Halloween Bash

There was a lot of gossip surrounding Halloween in NYC, when stars of the hit show Gossip Girl Blake Lively (in flight attendant costume), Michelle Trachtenberg (as Marie Antoinette), Zach Braff (as a monk) and others, celebrated Halloween and Penn Badgley's Birthday at 1OAK in New York city.

Hosted by Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano, the party was the second event of the playground series, for which SVEDKA tasked the country’s top nightlife impresarios to create their vision of nightlife in 2033.

At the strike of midnight, Penn Badgley, who wore an afro, an athletic headband, a fake handlebar mustache and a shirt that read “Rope a Dope," celebrated his 23rd birthday with giant cake with an image of SVEDKA’s “fembot.” Blake and Michelle helped Penn blow out his candles as partygoers cheered. Sartiano & Akiva brought to life a Halloween 2033 soiree in which partygoers donned futuristic costumes, drank SVEDKA cocktails such as the "Trick Bot” and enjoyed readings from a future fortune teller.

That seems like a hot party, how did you celebrate Halloween?

NYC Club Stops Banning Lindsay Lohan

A New York City club has decided to lift a ban on Lindsay Lohan entering the premises. Could they have picked worse timing?

According to the New York Post, Lindsay is once again permitted to enter Avenue, where she was banned from after tweeting about Justin Timberlake allegedly cheating on Jessica Biel.

The Post claims Lindsay "besieged the management with calls and e-mails to let her back in, and she promised to be on her best behavior."

And she’s taking full advantage of it. This past week, she's gone to Avenue twice, and sources say she even refused to drink. Maybe her father’s words have gotten under her skin.

Sadly though, we don’t believe for a minute that Lindsay is by any means “sober.” Something is definitely off with her.

“I am In Miami Bitch,” was the tune Marchesa fashion designer Georgina Chapman was singing as she tried to dry herself from the pouring rain. Georgina celebrated her cover on Niche Media’s Ocean Drive magazine at the Viceroy. We’re pretty sure a little rain didn’t stop the party, after all its Miami.

First Lady Michelle Obama, Matthew McConaughey, Jon Bon Jovi, Kerry Washington, Maria Shriver, Governor Schwartzenegger, Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Arianna Huffington and more joined together for the opening plenary for the National Conference on volunteering and service held in San Francisco.

Friends and fans packed the stage while Vanilla Ice worked the pulsating crowd during a full set. The lyrical poet took time to interact with fans, take pictures and revel in the limelight into the wee hours. Vanilla proved his party-boy image when spraying the crowd with water and running down to the dance floor to mingle with his loyal following.

She was spotted partying in the Bahamas at Aura nightclub, above the Atlantis Casino floor, she danced on the raised go-go platform above the main dance floor to "Applebottom Jeans." After the saber ceremony, she passed out flutes of champagne to the crowd before playfully spraying them with the remaining half of the bottle. Now that’s the way to party!

That’s the party scoop from Hollyscoop.
