If you, like me, have ever wondered to yourself, “What’s Adrian Grenier doing post-‘Entourage?’” Well, we now know that he’s opening up eco-friendly restaurants in New York.

Grenier was on-hand for the opening of Chelsea’s Table, a new natural and organic restaurant at Chelsea Piers in NY last week.

Dream Downtown is the latest achievement by Vikram Chatwal Hotels, and on the second floor of the hotel you’ll find an oasis. 'The Beach' is a meant to be New York’s version of St. Tropez, located between the North and South Towers of the hotel.

The Beach spans 4,800 square feet, and is filled with imported sand, for a truly authentic experience. Who needs the real St. Tropez when you can buy a domestic plane ticket and enjoy sand from the same beach?
