What's cooking: Megan Fox and Shia LaBoeuf

Are they together or aren’t they? That’s the question Transformer fans are asking as newly single Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf were spotted having dinner together in downtown, NYC last night. This isn’t the first the time duo have been spotted having a romantic dinner? After their Los Angeles movie premiere this past week, the duo ditched the movie screening and hit La Bruschetta restaurant in Westwood. The Transformers stars seemed anything but friends.

In other NYC sightings, singer Chris Daughtry and The Fray were spotted enjoying ribs, fried chicken and shots of Justin Timberlake's 901 Tequila at Southern Hospitality in New York City, following the Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony on June 18th.

In Los Angeles, funny guy Seth Rogen was spotted having a romantic dinner on the patio of Il Sole restaurant with his gal pal. Although Seth has shed pounds, he doesn’t stay away from the carbs as he was spotted eating pasta! Speaking of Italian, John Stamos, Kristin Cavallari and Kris Allen have all made pit stops at Madeo in Los Angeles.

In Chicago, actor Johnny Depp was spotted at Chicago's legendary steakhouse Gibsons where he left his waiter a $4,000 tip! Yes, you read it right, $4,000!

In Las Vegas, LA Lakers star Derek Fisher dined at Society Café Encore munching on macaroni and cheese “bites” and then had the restaurant’s signature Trenne pasta before hitting club Blush. Rapper Shwayze and musician Cisco Adler spotted dining together at Strip House inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. People’s sexiest bachelor Chace Crawford spotted enjoying dinner at Wolfgang Puck's CUT inside The Palazzo hotel.

Robin Thicke and his wife, actress Paula Patton spotted dinning with Alan Thicke at a luxurious dinner prepared by Executive Chef Akira Back at Yellowtail Japanese restaurant where they met up with Robin's good friend, Queen Latifah. Nicky Hilton and Jeff Beacher, Owner of Beacher's Madhouse spotted dining at Stack. Rapper Xzibit dined at N9NE Steakhouse inside Palms Casino Resort where he feasted on the Rock Shrimp, Rib Eye and a side of Macaroni and Cheese. Yummy!
