Where to Celebrate Valentine's Day in Los Angeles

They say it’s hard to find love in Los Angeles, but you’re definitely not going to do it sitting at home alone.

Whether you’re flying solo or have a ball and chain to drag with you this Valentine’s Day, there are plenty of places to celebrate. And if you don’t have a reservation, not to worry, there are a lot of last minute Valentine’s Day venues with deliciously lovely menus.

Sherbourne in West Hollywood: Have dinner with your special someone under the stars at this Los Angeles hideout. And if you don’t have a special someone, get wasted with your friends under the stars. For $75 per person, guests can have a four-course meal, and the menu includes Chocolate Purple Potato Chip with Avocado Crème Fraiche Ice Cream, Golden Osetra Caviar with Rose Champagne Sabayon Crème Fraiche and Pink Peppercorn, Oxtail “Wellington” served with a Candied Fennel Parsely Mustard Salad, Grapefruit Crusted Lamb Loin with Sunchoke Parsnip Puree and Roasted Ruby Grapefruit, and a Baked Molten Chocolate Cake. Stomach, commence with the growling.

Pink Taco: The Pink Taco in Century City will be serving from a special menu for couples inside the dining area. The patio, however, is reserved for Singles Only! But don’t call the ACLU just yet, it’s not discrimination. It’s part of their 'Speed Dating on the Patio' Valentine's Day event. This Taco Tuesday party will include $1 tacos and $8 pink margarita pitchers.

Cecconi’s: The West Hollywood venue will serve either a $70 three-course meal featuring black truffles or a $50 champagne and oyster special. A live band will entertain guests and entrees will include: Wood Roasted Spicy Lobster, Kobe Filet Mignon, and Risotto.

Fig & Olive: Diners can enjoy a meal that includes a choice of Santa Barbara Prawns, Veal Carpaccio, or a half dozen oysters to start, followed by either Roasted Rack of Lamb or Grilled Truffle Chicken Paillard. From there, pastry Chef Andrew LeStourgeon will then present a Valrhona Chocolate Heart served with a Honey Lavender Madeleine for dessert. And it’s fixed at a pretty good price--$53 per person. They’re practically giving these away!
