Katy Perry Rocks Gridlock on New Years Eve

What better way to ring in the New Year than with a Grammy nominated singer like Katy Perry? Perry headlined the 'Gridlock' New Years Eve party at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, which brought in celebs and party goers alike.

The "Hot N Cold" singer, who was sporting a mini dress and new bangs, performed at midnight to a packed house. LMFAO took over after Katy and gave party goers just what they needed--a rockin good time!
