Mel took to Twitter to write: "I love leeds, thinking some time in the future to open maybe a bar or small healthy restaurant there! thoughts? If any leeds peeps no of any cool spots for sale to do a cool bar restaurant, then hit up my twitter, seriously!!!”
Because everyone knows a true restaurateur starts on Twitter.
"send me pic's of the leeds property's, i'm getting excite gonna talk to hubby Stephen about it right now!! (sic)"
She then added:
“hey guys loving the tweets about the possible leeds bar, restaurant!! I just love love love leeds, talking to hubby Stephen right now about my idea, soooo excited about it! (sic)"
So you getting this? In case you need a summary: Leeds, husband, excited.
Meanwhile, Entourage producer, Mark Wahlberg, might be able to give Mel B some tips for being a true restaurant tycoon.
On Monday night, in Hingham, Massachusetts, Wahlberg was joined by his brothers/co-founders, Paul and Donnie, for the grand opening of Wahlburgers. So what do they serve? I'll give you two guesses.
Not only do they offer burgers made with Paul's secret sauce, they also offer white bean and prosciutto soup as well as Italian cold cut sandwiches. There are other things, but those sounded yummiest to me. Another cool concoction is the Thanksgiving burger, which is described as "Thanksgiving leftovers on a bun"
The décor is laid-back, adorned with pictures of the Wahlberg brothers. Of course. And the eatery already has one celebrity guest. Donnie Wahlberg Tweeted:
“Had dinner, at @Wahlburgers with the fam @andersoncooper on Saturday-amazing guy! I think he took Oprah's place as my mom's favorite :)
Lady Gaga might be able to offer up some advice to Mel B as well. Lady Gaga and her parents invested in Vince & Eddies on the upper west side. Unfortunately, the venue closed in March after a bunch of drama. But that's not keeping it down. Gaga's dad, Joe Germanotta (no, not Joe Gaga), plans to reopen a new restaurant in its place. No official word on whether Gaga will invest in the new venture, but her father did say, “She'll eat here.”
That's probably enough to keep the restaurant afloat.
