The Hoff was photographed partying at Prive Las Vegas, where he was also filming for a British TV series.
Also at the club was Megan Fox's beau Brian Austin Green, who was there to celebrate good pal Thomas Dekker's 21st birthday.
The young star was with his parents and several of his cast mates including his "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" television mother Lena Headey.
