David Dickerson’s diner endeavor is sure to get a warm welcome in the late-night, club-hopping Mecca that is West Hollywood.

Kitchen 24’s second restaurant will open on Santa Monica Boulevard in WeHo in early February, and it have all of the graces of the Hollywood location, with just a few updates. The first location is on Cahuenga in the heart of Hollywood, and Dickerson says of his second location decision:

"I felt it had a more metropolitan appeal than just 'Boys Town,' but it's still a central location for nightlife.”

The menu, design and 24-hour concept will remain at the WeHo location. But don’t expect fast food-type grub.

"We didn't want to do 24-hour frozen food, like Denny's,” Dickerson explains.

And as good as a Grand Slam might be, the menu at Kitchen 24 still hits anything from Denny’s out of the park. For example, there’s the Garden Benedict, which includes: black forest ham, grilled onions, and herb roasted potatoes swimming in a smoked paprika hollandaise, topped with poached eggs and an avocado. There’s also classics like Chocolate Chip Pancakes and Steak and Eggs. Breakfast of champions.

But of course, this is L.A, so there are healthier options as well. The WeHo menu is also extended with more vegetarian dishes. Here’s a bonus—they only use fresh, cage-free eggs. In fact, everything is prepared in-house with organic ingredients.

And it doesn’t just end with food. The restaurant boasts a “reverse osmosis filtration system.” Which doesn’t sound like a huge deal except that it “provides the purest water available, which translates to superior coffee, cocktails and food.”

The décor of the restaurant is a vanilla, chocolate and strawberry color palette. Even the interior design is tasty! Upon entering, guests will be greeted with a sleek, modern design. Think lots of chrome, glass and mirrors.

The WeHo location will have a couple of upgrades. There’s an outdoor, front patio dining option as well as a central bar that wraps around the restaurant, and fiber glass dining tables made by pro surfer Sean Anderson’s surfboard company. Fun fact, in 2008, Kristofer Keith received the People’s Choice Award for best design concept and operational layout of Kitchen 24.

Because of its delicious menu and 24/7 breakfast, Kitchen 24 has been a celebrity hotspot as well. Star-studded clients include: Megan Fox, Gisele Bundchen, Paula Abdul and Lauren Conrad. The new West Hollywood location will be located at 8575 Santa Monica Boulevard.
