Las Vegas:
Party with Kim Kardashian and her sisters at LAX nightclub for $150. Includes general admission to the club complimentary champagne toast and NYE party favors.

Ring in the New Year with Fergie at LAVO nightclub in the Palazzo. Tickets available for $150. Across the Palazzo Carmen Electra will be hosting TAO nightclub.

Usher will be at Bellagio nightclub hosting The Bank nightclub. You can join him for $150, which includes complimentary champagne toast at the stroke of the clock.

Denise Richards will be hosting Prive nightclub at the Planet Hollywood. Tickets start at $75.

New mom Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are leaving baby Bronx Mowgli at home so they can party it up at sin city. They'll be hosting Pure nightclub.

Miami:
Party queen Lindsay Lohan will ring in the New Year with girlfriend Samantha Ronson at Mansion nightclub. General admission tickets start at $200 and include an open-bar, which starts at 9pm.
