Jake Gyllenhaal To Open Restaurant

Jake Gyllenhaal is opening up his own restaurant.  He promised himself years ago that if his acting career took off by the time he was thirty, he'd do it. He's only 27, but what's wrong with getting a little head start? Jake's hobby has always been cooking, so this is perfect.

The restaurant will offer all organic food, and Chris Fischer is on  board to be his head chef.  Jake is planning a little cycling trip with Reese around Italy to get inspiration for menu items.  How cute!
