If you look at the website for the Hyde Bellagio of Las Vegas, you're greeted with a countdown clock that will tell you just how much time you have to wait for its grand opening. 46 days, 9 hours, and 30 minutes at press time, by the way.

And you can bet, Hyde is going to put the "grand" in grand opening. Brought to you by the renowned sbe hospitality group, it's the business' first indoor/outdoor nightlife venture in Las Vegas. They plan to open their doors, appropriately enough, on December 31, 2011. The biggest party night of the year in the biggest party city on the planet? It couldn’t be any more perfect.

There are a few other Hyde Lounge locations, and they boast being "the ultimate in exclusive socializing." They have a reason to brag. Hyde Lounge is a huge celebrity hotspot, with clientele from Christina Aguilera to David Arquette to Beyonce.
