The ultimate bachelor pad is back in Hollywood! Thanks to the team at Esquire magazine who have re-created the “Esquire House” in the Hollywood Hills.

For the past couple of years, the Esquire house has been the go-to party spot bringing in party girl Kim Kardashian, singer Christina Aguilera, Hayden Panettiere, among others.

Dubbed “The Ultimate Bachelor Pad,” the House will also continue its tradition of playing host to some of the season’s most highly anticipated charity and celebrity events.

We hear the home will features 11 rooms, nine baths, a two-story pool house, infinity pool, hot tub, and gym. We’re pretty sure the stars will not only be partying at the pad, but living there!

The House was completely renovated for Esquire, overseen by lead designer Elaine Culotti of Porta Bella. “Our Signature Spaces, which we have created annually for close to a decade now, have become another touchpoint for the consumer and dimensionalize Esquire in a relevant lifestyle way that also serves our advertisers,” notes Kevin O’Malley, VP/publisher, Esquire.

The grand opening of the Esquire House will take place on Friday, October 15, with a benefit for the International Medical Corps, hosted by Sienna Miller, Jude Law and Felicity Huffman.

Additional fundraising fetes currently scheduled include OXFAM, Oceana, and City of Hope, with such luminaries as Mark Ruffalo, Colin Firth, Minnie Driver, Emile Hirsch, among others.

If you're thinking about attending, sorry it's invitation only!
