Hollyscoop's Sundance Film Festival 2010 Guide
The 24 hour countdown for the Sundance Film Festival has officially begun. The annual festival begins tomorrow and extends until January 31st in Utah.

Although Sundance has become the largest independent cinema festival in the United States many people just attend for the fun activities. Park City has become the place where Hollywood’s elite flock to party, ski and collect free gifts.

I’ve been attending the film festival for the past three years and one thing is for sure, ever year there is more addition of swag houses and party venues. Here is my guide on what events and parties to look out for while in town.

Where To Party:
TAO Lounge where every year stars flock to party at their remote playground. Located at The lift, the lounge is set to host the “Holy Rollers” party on Monday, January 25, 2009. The big buzz is that it is going to be one of the hottest parties of the festival.

Another party to look out for is the EMM GROUP and SL present the Stella Artois Cutting Room at Village at The Yard featuring DJ Ruckus and DJ Mel Debarge, which will be open late night Friday and Saturday of opening weekend.

Best Late Night After Party:
Green Door Mansion which is located at the La Vida House. The party begins in the wee hours and is known to go until the early morning.

Best One Stop Shop?
The House of Hype Hospitality Lounge presented by AT&T. I’ve been attending the HOH lounge for the last three years and I must say it’s the place to be. This year, stars such as Katie Holmes, Orlando Bloom, Gael Garcia Bernal, Adrian Brody will rub elbows in the cool hospitality lounge. The HOH will also feature VIP Gifting, dinner parties, a portrait lounge and feature performances by Robin Thicke, Kelis and John Legend. Need we say more?

Sundance Virgins?

The Tweet House will feature daytime panel discussions, amidst the backdrop of an industry lounge and will showcase a variety of products, including high-end consumer electronic companies along with offerings from a variety of lifestyle and apparel brands.

Where To Spot Celebs:
T-Mobile® myTouch Diner located at “Village at the Yard” is the social center for celebrities and V.I.P’s, offering comfort food, warm drinks and a place to relax and socialize during the hectic film festival. Movie To Look Out For?
Welcome To The Rileys Starring Kristen Stewart and James Gandolfini where a damaged man seeks salvation by caring for a wayward woman.

HOWL
Starring the super charming Jon Hamm and super sexy James Franco. Directed and written by Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman. The World premiere will jump-start the festival on Thursday, January 21 at the Eccles Theatre in Park City.

The national election is just 11 days away, and Hayden Panettiere wants you to Declare Yourself and vote!

Hayden and Norman Lear will be at LA Hotspot Green Door tomorrow night encouraging young voters to hit the polls and make their voice heard.

Just a few days ago, Declare Yourself hosted an event at the Borders Bookstore in Westwood, CA where cast members of the hit show 'Greek' (Spencer Grammer, Scott Michael Foster, Dilshad Vadsaria, Amber Stevens, and Paul James) helped people register to vote and signed autographs.

The national election is on November 4th, so don't forget to get out there and Declare Yourself!
