The Trump tower in Dubai is almost complete, so to celebrate the grand opening, The Donald has hired Christina Aguilera to perform. But the new mommy doesn't have to worry about taking the lengthy flight all the way to Dubai, since the party will be here!

Trump has decided to have his celebration party at a private estate in Beverly Hills. The only other details we have on the bash are that father-to-be Pete Wentz will be DJ a set in addition to Xtina performing.

The Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai will be located in the Palm Golden Mile in Palm Jumeirah.

Real Estate mogul Donald Trump is going east for his latest project. The reality show star is done firing his employees and is now hiring for his latest development, the new Trump International Hotel and Tower in the Middle East.

Last night the "Trump" came out in NYC for the launch party of his latest venture. Trump has teamed up with Nakheel, a development company that has created more than $30 billion in real estate in Dubai. The condo-hotel development project is massive, lets just say it has a price tag of about $400 million. But would you expect anything less?

The condo-hotel will be developed on the Palm Jumeirah in the Arabian Gulf, which is known to be one of the world’s largest man-made islands.

With the hotel launch, expect pure luxury on “The Golden Mile,” known to be the most exclusive residential and retail boulevard on the trunk of The Palm.

If you’re looking for an investment in the Middle East, this may be it. The development will feature approximately 500 apartments where residents could have luxury of access to five-star hotel services and amenities.

The development will also include a selection of high-end boutiques, fine dining, signature roof top restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and a luxurious spa and health club.

Seems like Demi Moore, Heidi Klum and Naomi Watts may have some interest in buying since they came out to support the event. Do you think this is a good investment?
