Dita debuted the “Cointreau Teese” cocktail at Avalon nightclub in Hollywood where she performed her signature “Be Cointreauversial Show.”
This was Dita’s first performance in tinseltown in over two years and was also the U.S. debut of her “Le Bain Noir Show” from the Crazy Horse Paris.
For those who are wondering Cointreau Teese is a complex blend of cointreau, apple juice and violet essence served in a violet hued martini glass with subtle hint of ginger around the rim and garnished with Edible violet flower.
Dita designed the cocktail through interviews and tastings with Cointreaus mixologists in Paris. In order to guide the creation of a drink that reflects her true tastes perfectly. Los Angeles is one a few exclusive cities around the world to which Dita featured the “Cointreau Teese.”
Stars who came out to support and drink the cocktail mix included Solange Knowles, Jared Leto, Jewel among others. Cheers to Dita for her latest venture, we only wonder if her ex Marilyn Manson will be drinking his sorrows away with “Cointreau Teese”?

David and Nicolette sat next to each other and sipped martinis while talking with friends. Eyewitnesses tell Hollyscoop they looked really cozy together. Won't be the first time they've hooked up, we'll tell you that much!
David and Nicolette even shared a low key dinner this past Saturday night with another couple at SUSHISAMBA strip in the Palazzo in Vegas. Double dating? Things sound like they're getting serious!
Sitting not far from them was writer and "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane, who was joined by eight friends. Afterwards the group headed upstairs to the nightclub where they chose Jack Daniel and Grey Goose for the table.
Lance Bass, Kym Johnson and Cheryl Burke (“Dancing with the Stars”) spotted enjoying dinner along with five others on New Years day in a private dining room inside Strip House at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Las Vegas. The group made their way to TAO shortly after midnight.
Thursday night at TAO Las Vegas saw Olympic swimming star Michael Phelps heading to TAO for a night on the town on day one of 2009.
TAO was throwing its annual "Hungover and Broke" post New Years eve party, a New Years Eve celebration for locals who were working on the actual event. The gold medal guru arrived at the Asian Bistro at 10 pm for a dinner with 20 family and friends dining on Chilean Sea Bass, Kobe Beef and Chicken Pad Thai among other things.
Afterwards the group hit the nightclub where they had a large corner dance floor table complete with bottles of Grey Goose and Patron.
TAO did a special countdown to re-create the NYE magic and had TAO friend Pauly Shore do the honors. Pauly got on the mic and got the crowd going, giving shout outs to Michael Phelps and even getting him to come to the DJ booth and wave to the crowd of fans.
Sitting next to them was actress Mena Suvari who arrived with fiancé Simone Sestito. Mena had an entourage of five and was returning to TAO for her second night in a row, having stopped by on NYE as well.
Dita Von Teese and Prince made it out for Jason Scoppa and Alexi Yulish’s weekly “Lo Hi Fi” at Bardot. Dita (looking stunning and classy in a black dress) took a seat in the center booth on the patio to catch the band Andy Clockwise. Dita was then spotted later catching up with Prince in the lounge area. Prince was spotted Tuesday for Bardot’s weekly jazz night, Lafayette and Trumbul. He played the key board while Stewart Cole was jamming on the Trumpet.
Ryan Cabrera spotted at the L-R-G Gifting Villa where he picked up a black L-R-G jacket and Creative Recreation sneakers. He couldn’t resist the L-R-G mannequin in the suite as he carried it around the room with him and took silly photos with it!
