Coachella 2012: The Food, The Drinks, The Camping

Coachella is the Woodstock of our generation, except replace nudity with outfits from Urban Outfitters, the Catskills with the Desert, and drugs with, well still drugs.

The main attraction is the music, but what else is there to do at this 3-day two-week festival? I mean, Indio moonlights as a desert the other 359 days out of the year.

Coachella doesn’t allow you to bring in any food or water to the festival, but that’s okay because they’ve got you covered when it comes to food trucks.

Coachella 2011: The Party Never Stops

eatstaydrink EXCLUSIVE
More than 80,000 music lovers braved the heat over the weekend at the Coachella Valley Music Festival to hear their favorite acts. Personally, this years music lineup was a bit weak and that's why a lot of celebs and party people were spotted at the Oasis Beach Club.

The Oasis Beach Club was a mini festival harboring great acts such as EC Twins, DJ Vice, Apl.de.ap, Roger Sanchez and the list goes on.

The Oasis Beach Club was presented by "House of Hype" which is known to throw fun parties at festivals like Sundance and Cannes Film Festival along with Night Vision Entertainment and All Points Worldwide.

During the Oasis Beach Club's Dipdive Nights, Stephen Dorff and wingman Simon Rex were spotted drinking VnC Cocktails, while Paris Hilton was spotted with her entourage, which consisted of her "World According to Paris" co-star Allison Melnick and her boyfriend Cy Waits.

Other stars spotted at the beach club included Emma Roberts, Kellan Lutz, Erykah Badu, Ryan Cabrera, Mark Salling, Afrojack and the list goes on.

The party never stopped at this spot as it began in the afternoon and went into the early morning. The beach club was a desert oasis for anyone wanting to have a good time.

Coachella 2011: Stars Rock 'n' Roll at Neon Carnival

During the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, many exclusive Hollywood style parties take place which attracts stars, Hollywood hipsters and industry mavens.

One party that everyone was dying to get a ticket to was the A|X Armani Exchange and 944 Magazine's second annual Neon Carnival.

The guests at the Brent Bolthouse produced bash enjoyed carnival games and thrill rides like bumper cars, kite runners and slides, and noshed on old-school snacks in between hitting up the central dance floor, which stayed packed well into the morning hours thanks to sounds spun by world-renowned DJs Mia Moretti, Rick Rude and Jessie Marco.

R&B songstress Rihanna, Usher, Leonardo DiCaprio, Vanessa Hudgens, Paris Hilton, Diane Kruger were among the thousands of festival-goers who flocked to the neon-lit carnival, which was voted the best bash of last year's weekend-long fete.

I must confess, one of the main reasons I went to Coachella this year was to check out this hot bash.

The carnival also celebrated the launch of the limited edition A|X “Solar Remix” Sunglasses by A|X Armani Exchange.

The party went on until the wee hours and that's why I am still recovering.

Let the countdown begin for next years bash.
