Sin City Getting Ready For Halloween

The Rain Cosmetics held a battle of the Brushes 3 where six salons from the Vegas valley had one hour to take their model and turn her into their “Favorite Fairytale Gone Wicked.”
Set up on the Blush patio, the salons which included Tease, Eleven Spa, Red Rock Spa and others, went to work under the watchful eyes of club-goers.
The results were stunning and the winner was Ursula The Sea Witch, who was created by artist Natasha from Color Salon.
