Barack Obama Celebrates Anniversary At Chicago Hot Spot Spiaggia

President elect Barack Obama and Michelle Obama made a private, yet public appearance this past Saturday night in Chicago. The couple were spotted at Italian four star eatery Spiaggia, which is quickly becoming a hot spot.

Surprisingly, the couple's night out had no political ties. They were celebrating their anniversary, and unlike other high profile celebs who prefer to dine in private rooms, the Obama's dined with the general public in the main dinning room with a commanding view of Lake Michigan. What’s great about this spot is that it's noted as the top destinations for Italian cooking in the country.

Dressed in a dark suit and white shirt, the Obamas left Spiaggia about 11 p.m. to a cheering crowd that gathered across the street. Seems like the days of private fine dinning for the Obamas is over as they welcome their new high profile life.
